Norton warned him about a missing or corrupt file and instructed him to restart his PC. After doing so, the computer started up properly but displayed the message "Windows could not repair files automatically." He also noticed there is another Windows disk available. How can this issue be resolved? Thanks, Liam.

It might be possible to restore the system using System Restore by booting from a disk. Please ensure it is activated.
