I'm struggling with my setup. After switching from the 2700x to the 5700x, my system isn't showing anything. I've checked everything—BIOS updates, CPU reseats, BIOS reinitialization, and even tried a new DP cable. The old 2700x worked perfectly. Sometimes forcing a shutdown helps, but it takes multiple attempts. What else should I consider?

Try reinstalling the old CPU to check for startup issues, which could indicate a faulty component.

It functions properly with the 2700x model. If the component is faulty, consider initiating an RMA or returning it through Amazon.

Attempt it, and if it violates the return policy you'll need to reach out to AMD support.
