Secure erase? Yeah, all that info is gone. Now you’re mostly stuck reinstalling Windows. If you’re okay with wiping everything (and having another PC), you can get a tool from Microsoft to create a clean, bootable installation. Check out the links:

After installing Windows, you’ll need to install drivers for your hardware.

Secure erase? Yeah, all that info is gone. Now you’re mostly stuck reinstalling Windows. If you’re okay with wiping everything (and having another PC), you can get a tool from Microsoft to create a clean, bootable installation. Check out the links:

Be prepared for the worst if you're trying to recover data from a hard drive—everything could be lost. Install Windows using Rufus on a USB flash drive and set up a fresh Windows installation. If you're unsure, a YouTube tutorial would be a great resource to follow. Good luck!
