Power Toys Run remains functional on version 11. You can still use it for launching programs, though you might need to adjust settings or check compatibility.

Have you explored alternative launch interfaces such as Classic Shell? http://www.classicshell.net/ It replicates the Windows 7 start menu, which may resemble what you're seeking. Alternatively, consider StartN11 at https://www.stardock.com/products/start11/

I'll check the PC issue after clicking those links. Bitdefender said it handled 1000 tons of weight. I'll see what happens when it arrives.

If it were the Classic Shell link, consider using https://www.classicshell.net. Avoid the less secure HTTP version and don't rely on Bitdefender.
