It's reached a stage where every game, app, or software I use consistently experiences lag, stuttering, or poor performance. I've tried updating all my drivers and following the recommendations on YouTube, but the problem persists and is becoming increasingly annoying. Typically, I run games at 3840 x 2160 resolution with a frame rate between 60 to 144hz. Any assistance from others who have faced similar issues would be greatly appreciated.
