I recently transferred my computer from one house to another and it now slowly heats up until it shuts down. Before moving, it operated smoothly at about 35-40 °c when idle. I've applied thermal paste on the AIO and everything is stable. The radiator still feels cool when the machine is running.

Verify if the pump operates correctly. You ought to detect its sound near the plate. Feel the two connections; one must be warm, the other cool. If both are at the same temperature, the pump is not functioning properly.

Verify if the pump operates correctly. You ought to hear it near the plate. Feel the two tubings—one should be warm, the other cooler. If they have identical temperatures, the pump is faulty.
