I swapped in a new SSD, but after reassembling everything it began producing that popping/cracking sound. It occurs roughly once every one to two minutes and doesn’t impact performance. The noise seems to originate from the GPU or its vicinity on the motherboard. I removed the panels, inspected the fans, and reinserted the GPU multiple times, but the issue persists and is causing me concern.

The 9 second mark has the click. I don't know what it is but it sounds like a relay click when it gets power like in a car.

Further investigation shows it isn't the GPU or PSU.
