I struggle with Battlefield 4
Practise, watch the minimap, keep an eye on objectives (e.g they have all flags capped but B, and you're at B, they're coming to B.), don't do the same shit over and over - if there's a dick camper or base raper, don't keep going for them, just spawn elsewhere (another example - those players that camp their asses off with C4 on elevators; don't keep using the elevator to try and kill them, you're just feeding them kills)
It's not the same as Battlefield, but I can connect with CoD quite well. Used to struggle a bit too. It comes down to a few key points. - Train as if it's tomorrow. Don't rely on silly YouTube tips like "quick scopes," 360 spins or acrobatic jet maneuvers—just basic aim practice. - Pay attention to your environment. Understand the map. Adjust your game and computer settings (you need clear image quality to spot people, not just admire their textures, and enough sensitivity on your peripherals for comfort). - Grasp what other players think—they're tough but give you the best results. I don't have as much time now, and Ghosts/AW were definitely poor releases, but I usually play around 1.50 to 2.00 on those games, and I hit 3.3 in BO2 after more than 800 hours. Back then I had less than 1.00.
BF4 often features a strong luck or badluck aspect. Consider using a smaller server, adjust the game mode, or opt for a Hardcore Server with Sniperlimit and no explosive restrictions. Skip the minimap and focus on straightforward Gunplay. The Luck factor remains a core part of the experience.
BF4 is a game where I don't believe K/D is as important. As long as you're working on the main goal, you'll do well and the victories will follow naturally. What's useful when someone sits down in a tank for the whole match and amasses 100 kills while the team falls? It doesn't really add much value. I've seen people go negative yet still have higher scores than others. Unless you're in a team deathmatch, keep your focus on the objective.
William says what's real. The killers don't tell you about your score or how likely your team is to win, especially not for Conquest maps. You need a clear goal and aim for it. Pick a specific target, or take out the airplanes. Sometimes I concentrate only on AA, but you can earn a lot of points.
