Hi,
I encountered an issue before. Previously, I was using my Ryzen with a clock speed of 3.7 (OC from 3.4 base clock) continuously.
Yesterday, when I was at home, my computer wouldn't start and kept rebooting. I couldn't reach the BIOS either.
I shut it down for 5 minutes and restarted it. It booted three times and then started normally with the CPU's base clock.
The OC settings in BIOS had been changed to default.
I tried the OC process again but couldn't complete it. After saving the new settings, the computer would auto-boot 3-5 times and return to the base clock.
I also attempted to use Ryzen Master, but the result was similar to BIOS—no success in overclocking.
My system details are:
+ Ryzen 5 1600
+ RAM Corsair 8GB 2400
+ VGA 1060 6GB
Please help me. What happened to my CPU?

There might be a power surge or failure while you were away. Consider removing the motherboard battery for five minutes, then reinstalling it (CMOS). Sometimes damage to the HDD/SSD happens during an outage or surge. If clearing CMOS helps, you're lucky. Please let us know.
