This seems to be the simplest laptop for swapping out and installing a hard drive. Just one screw! It looks like it's quite old—around 20 years. The worst experience I've had involved 20 screws at the bottom, five under the keyboard, and then having to force the case open with a crowbar. If you're stuck getting the hard drive back in, it might be best to avoid using any screwdriver on anything ever again.
