TL;DR, the issue stemmed from Corsair's software, likely causing conflicts with other drivers. I experienced random blue screens occasionally, and using WinDbg helped identify Ndu.sys as the culprit. Most guides suggested running sfc /scannow and reinstalling drivers, but that didn’t resolve the problem. After uninstalling Corsair iCUE and Link, the bluescreens disappeared completely. This made me question how Corsair’s software interfered with network, sound, graphics, and storage drivers. Given the company’s lack of support for their own hardware, I lost confidence in them despite good hardware quality. If anyone using Corsair software is facing similar issues, uninstalling it usually helps.
It seems there might be a connection between ndu.sys and icue, possibly related to RAM or memory problems. Consider running memtest86 to identify any errors.
I experienced the same problem. My office desktop uses a K95 RGB keyboard, and after installing Icue, I encountered BSODs. Initially, I suspected hardware issues like bad RAM or CPU, but only the keyboard and software changed. The PC functioned normally for months before that. After uninstalling Icue, no BSOD appeared, but I still wanted to adjust lighting. I installed SignalRGB Universal RGB software, which didn’t help. Turning off the keyboard lights resolved the issue, with no blue screen. Recently, I tried a solid color without RGB effects and will update you in a few days.
