I reside in a location that straddles two nations. Should I register it here or there? I attend school mostly in Lebanon, but take vacations in Germany. It's unclear whether to list it in Germany or Lebanon.

You might think you spend most of your time in Lebanon when you're in Germany, but actually you could be there for a long time. I'd set up your home in Lebanon to enjoy your vacation, maybe exploring places from Germany or meeting family. Gaming is a fun pastime, but taking breaks during holidays helps refresh you and makes the experience more enjoyable once you return home.

According to the map, the computer should be in Romania, making it equally accessible from both sides and allowing the same travel time from either location.
