Before relocating, my computer handled downloads smoothly, but after moving and restarting, speeds dropped below 50 MB/s. Others in the house still experience stable internet, including myself on Ethernet. Downloads now lag significantly at this reduced rate. After performing a factory reset, installing a new SSD, resetting CMOS, re-seating RAM, and using a different Ethernet cable, the issue persisted. I suspect the problem lies with the hardware, possibly the motherboard, though I’m not certain. If anyone else has insights, please share. I’m unsure what might have changed since moving.

It's your ISP, not you. See if they'll come out and look for a problem on their end. just because everyone else is fine, it could be a wiring problem on their end.
