Hi
It’s all as it says in the title really, all was working fine until we (carefully!) moved it from one room to another, now nothing. Tried different ports and cables, still nothing..any ideas for my stressed 14 year old? 😬
System is a:
Thank you!!!! 🙏🏻

I thought about trying another device on the same outlet to check if it works. Are there any lights turning on? Do you notice fans operating? The fact that it was relocated suggests there might be an issue with the power cord, which could be worth investigating based on the previous tests.
Also, ensure the toggle switch at the back of the PSU is set to the on position.
Hi
We’ve tried it, the PC starts up with lights and fans, but it doesn’t connect to the PC or the keyboard. The USB ports for the PC and mouse are different from the monitor.
Appreciate your response.
Did you ensure the system was turned off and all power connections were removed, including the power cable, video input, and speakers, while confirming the GPU and memory were properly installed? If necessary, take them out and reinsert. Then restart and check if it powers up correctly.
Can you show a photo of
your system with sidepanel removed and
photo of back panel, where all the cables are connected?

It could be that something was slightly displaced from its slot, even though everything appears to remain securely in place like the RAM and graphics card. You should unslot them and reinsert them firmly. Also, verify the drive cables and any other connected cables to ensure none are loosely disconnected from the motherboard, which could explain the issue. It might seem trivial, but confirming that the display cable is properly connected to the graphics card—not the motherboard display—helps. I agree with the earlier advice; since you moved the system recently, it’s likely something was either already loose or was disturbed during the move.
