It doesn't seem bad at all. To boost the score, close everything and start with the bare minimum. Run the benchmark a few times to find an average. Higher memory usage usually means worse performance. I also noticed your board is adjusting the Trc value slightly too high—should be around 54 instead of 74. In the BIOS, check what the Trfc setting actually is; maybe it's a bit too loose. (All adjustments are made one at a time, and you can test stability.) After fixing these issues, you might want to tweak the main timings slightly.

No, the SPD in bios does not specify what the Trfc should be.

You're referring to the D.O.C.P. details: DDR4-3200, speed range 16-18-18-38 MHz, and 1.35V voltage.

Adjust the settings manually if needed for accuracy during automatic operation. This may improve performance a bit. Make sure to check your stability afterward. We'll proceed from there.
