Checked the web results—it looks like a video driver problem, so consider removing and reapplying the driver.

atikmpag.sys is an AMD graphics driver—your drivers might be damaged or outdated, or the graphics card could be malfunctioning. A simple test is to reinstall AMD's video card drivers, ensuring a clean setup or using DDU, or completely repair the Windows installation to eliminate any software issues. However, given the age of the laptop, it seems unlikely AMD currently provides updated drivers for it.
