Windows 10 was functioning properly the previous week, yet now you're encountering an issue. The Start menu isn't opening, and everything seems locked. Consider adjusting the page file size if your system uses a hard drive. https://www.microsoft.com/resources/docu...x?mfr=true I experienced the same problem with my laptop until I modified the paging file, as the drive couldn't keep up and was lacking sufficient RAM.
