I filed a complaint directly through their system, choosing the game and then Refudn as my selection. Here’s exactly what I wrote:

"Hey there. I’m reaching out hoping they can remove this terrible game from my account and issue a refund. It’s so frustrating that it’s been around for almost two years now. I’d really like it taken off, even if a refund isn’t possible. I know their refund window is 14 days after purchase, but this game is outdated and broken. It crashes, doesn’t save properly, and I can’t fix any settings. These are typical problems. I’ve tried other games before, but this one is awful. I played the original on the Dreamcast and the DX version on the GameCube—it worked perfectly. Now I’d rather play The WarZ or pay someone to delete it. It’s odd since I’m asking for a refund. I spent about 27 minutes playing this thing. While it doesn’t match your policy, I only played a few minutes. I’m embarrassed to admit I own this game. Maybe I’ll buy Bad Rats to lift my spirits. Please let me know if you have any good news.""

The notification states you may receive your refund in your Steam Wallet or via the original payment method, like a credit card.

It won’t be the final one. What you’re hearing is just speculation, the performance is continuing. It’s best if it doesn’t come before Root discovers Shaw; otherwise, things could get serious.

Only 13 episodes will be released starting in January. Season 5 will be the only one with this count. CBS has its own streaming platforms that clash with Warner Bros. Discovery, and POI is tied to WB, not CBS—so they avoided it. They also didn’t release the soundtrack for season 3.

It's a pleasant surprise, I'm glad they won't take that policy away.

I would have liked to get a refund for the games purchased before the refund option was available.

Refunding a game on Steam is not possible directly. If you received a gift and added it to your inventory, you can contact the store or support team to discuss your situation.

After adding it to your library, I think it's removed.
