There is a significant issue with your GPU, and your RAM appears to be operating at a much lower clockspeed (2133 compared to the advertised 3200).
First, install the latest BIOS update for your motherboard. Follow the instructions in the manual once updated. Then, reset the BIOS to its default settings. After that, boot into Windows and perform the benchmark test again. Share the new results here.
If this doesn't resolve the problem, I will provide guidance on fixing the RAM and GPU issues.
Obtain a USB stick and format it using FAT32. After that, download the official drivers for this motherboard from Gigabyte's website; the latest BIOS version is F65b. Load the BIOS files onto the USB drive. Power off your PC and enter the BIOS (press F12 or the delete key). Select QFLash to update the BIOS. Double-click the update option and start it. This video might assist you.
If this seems overly complicated, consider taking your computer to a repair shop, as attempting fixes while confused could worsen the issue.
Is this a fresh installation? What more impressive CPU options do you recommend?
Verify window power configurations, apply the high-performance profile.
Ensure the GPU is seated in the appropriate PCI slot.
Review hwinfo for detailed temperature readings.
Install the latest GPU driver.
Navigate to the motherboard settings and boost RAM speed.
Keep an eye on your fans and temperatures. Capture a screenshot of the "sensors" section immediately after launching a game or benchmark. This will help you assess if things are running hot.

Adjust BIOS settings to enable XMP and any available CPU overclocking options. Check memory configurations and consider manually setting RAM speed if needed.
Ensure Windows power settings are set to high performance.
It seems temperatures might be too high, possibly causing thermal throttling. The screenshot will clarify the situation.
Or perhaps... what type of power supply do you have? Is it sufficient for your setup?
