I put in a new graphics card and nothing is being displayed on my monitor
I received an AMD RX 580 graphics card from a friend. When I inserted it, the fans didn't spin at first, so I connected it via a PCI-E cable and the fans started working. However, my monitor either goes to sleep or doesn't turn on when I connect the HDMI to the graphics card. Any assistance would be very helpful.
