I put in a Bequiet Pure Rock and it's still giving me 75c!

i have an amd fx-8350 and i was getting 75c with the stock fan. now the same with the pure rock, i didn't use any paste because it already had it. i think the paste needs to be applied gradually.

Did you check the GPU temperatures instead of the CPU ones?
Was the isopropyl alcohol used to completely eliminate all thermal paste from the CPU?
