For this command: etc/apt/sources.list, it indicates you lack the necessary permissions.
For the second line: # Debian 8 "Jessie" deb http://httpredir.debian.org/debian/ jessie main contrib non-free it does nothing

It seems you're new to Deepin or Linux before setting it up. You'll need to study some guides and understand the system first. Focus on learning how Debian packages function and how sudo operates, as this will help you troubleshoot effectively.

Absolutely, I agree. I should explore more about it and gain knowledge. But honestly, I’d really like to use the system. A response like this doesn’t really encourage using Linux.

Many people think we all want to force Linux on others, but that’s not true. I’m not obligated to push it, and I don’t care about it. I’ve provided the resources you need, but I won’t walk you through each step. If Linux feels too complex right now, just switch to Windows and it’ll work. Linux isn’t for everyone—it has its own strengths, just like Windows does.

Don't stress, I didn't assume you wanted me on Linux. Not answering means it's still up to you—I think I'll figure it out on my own.
