My specifications are
RTX 2070 Max q 8GB
16GB RAM
144hz Screen
I’m running Witcher 3 and Pubg, around 90-100 fps. That’s a solid frame rate.
Would it be wise to overclock it in order to boost my performance?

I wouldn't bother because gaming laptops get very hot, which limits the benefits of overclocking. Even if you tried, it probably wouldn't significantly improve performance.

I wouldn't bother because gaming laptops get quite hot, which limits your overclocking chances. Even if you tried, I think the performance gain would be negligible.
