I used to wear old Apple earbuds as a headset until I started hearing static when hovering over icons in games. I bought a SteelSeries Nova Pro and noticed the static noise persists. From what I found online, it seems to be related to my PC, but I don’t know exactly what’s causing it.

When sharing a troubleshooting thread, it's standard to provide complete system details. List the specifications as follows:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
Include the age of the PSU along with its make and model.
BIOS version for your motherboard at this time?
You might consider moving to a different power outlet to check if the static noise improves.
