Did you receive the 3.5mm model or the USB-C version? If it's the former, an adapter such as this will likely be necessary to convert the 4-pin TRRS connector into separate mic and headphone outputs: https://www.amazon.com/SaiTech-Male-Fema...B07RHDJVFH
