I'm curious about the games you enjoyed most recently. Did you tend to play newer titles or stick with older ones? I remember playing Planetside 2 consistently this year—it's become my favorite since last year. It's just a bit tiring, so I'm planning to play it less next year and focus more on Rocket League, which is probably my second most played game this season. After that, I spent time on Pokemon Alpha Sapphire and Animal Crossing New Leaf on my 2DS, which I picked up in 2015. Recently, I've been using an emulator for Pokémon Emerald on my Galaxy S7. Minecraft is now firmly in my collection. I also bought several games during Steam Sales, like Stardew Valley, Shovel Knight, Insurgency, CS:GO, and Bit Blaster XL. Lastly, I've been revisiting Runescape a bit recently—unclear if I'll keep it up as I did from 2006 to 2011.
RuneScape, AoE2HD, Fire Emblem, Final Fantasy (very final fantasy this year) and Pokémon.
CSGO (came from Silver to Gold Nova 3 and had a lot of fun along the way) - GTAV (as you said, self-explanatory) - Unturned (held one of the top Australian servers for about a month) - Minecraft (really enjoyable with friends lmao)
Exploration across diverse games like Stellaris, GTA 5 and Osu!
GTA V offers an expansive open world with diverse gameplay choices and fresh DLC releases this year. Besides that, I revisited some past titles I liked, like Assassin's Creed Black Flag and Mafia 2. I also began playing the Crew, but I was quite let down by the driving mechanics and progression, which led me to stop playing.
