My video settings keep glitching every time I play something since I switched to my new PC. I have to turn on VSync all the time just so it doesn't stutter too much... here is a funny thing though, Adaptive Upscaling actually makes the stuttering go away even more than before! It looks like just for better picture quality when you resize the screen size and drop the resolution down a bit, but using that trick means my graphics card gets really hot because it was meant for high resolutions back then. The settings window says to click on Adaptive Upscaling, so I want to know what steps I need to take to fix this problem. It's super annoying! GPU: Gigabyte 1070 Windforce Rev.2.0 with 8GB of RAM, CPU is a Ryzen 5 1600X (I will be switching soon to an R5 3600), the memory sticks are two 8GB modules at 3299 mhz, and the motherboard was a Biostar A320. I don't know the full name of that chip but I am changing soon to a Gigabyte B450 Gaming X one, too! The power supply is a BeQueit 500W with an 80+ S9 rating (the System part is either V or E and I can't remember the exact letter anymore). Before I bought this setup, I had no problems at all even when I was using my old ASUS Strix 970 graphics card which only had 4GB of RAM. I used that GPU until around S12 and it still made the same stuttering issues while I used it then too, so it's definitely not a GPU problem in general. Like, is this all on me or are the games broken? (Some stuff started having lots of problems after S8 :/ )
