We share the same prebuilt PC, bought just a short time apart. I've seen their system handle games much more smoothly than mine, sometimes up to 100 frames per second faster. My machine runs most games fine, but occasionally it drops to around 70-80 FPS in certain situations. Their PC stays consistent and higher, while mine can struggle. When comparing the two images, the main distinction is the monitor's refresh rate. In the first image it runs at 143Hz, while in the second it shows 60Hz. The gap between these two rates is substantial. If the second image's monitor differs in refresh rate from the first, it simply can't achieve the higher frame rate. The specifications of the two monitors are clearly different. If they were identical, they would match in refresh rate. Otherwise, it's unlikely to be the case.

Also significantly varied memory rates and specifications. These computers are definitely not identical (the audio is too). The installed programs can greatly influence performance. I also notice a distinction in silicon quality (or CPU cooler mount).

It's 2933 XMP with no XMP loaded. The lower specifications should display XMP.
