I believe the issue likely lies with the CPU. It matches all the symptoms people are reporting—BSODs, browser crashes, black screens, and crackling noises. Every piece of hardware tested except the CPU board and RAM passed these tests. Since I don’t have spare parts, I’m not holding any CPU boxes and ended up discarding the case. The only solution is through the manufacturer’s support. I purchased it from them, who offer a 5-year warranty and conducted diagnostics using their Intel diagnostic tools and benchmarks. They found no problems during the test, but after 10 minutes of use, my browser would lag and crash, sometimes causing BSODs or black screens that didn’t recover. The only relief came when I adjusted the performance core ratio to X52 with Intel Extreme Tuning Utility, which made it much more stable and reduced crashes. I’m planning to create a guide for others to troubleshoot this issue, hoping it helps prevent another chance of failure. Could you suggest a reliable method or software specifically for this problem? I’d appreciate any Intel-specific resources or step-by-step instructions to confirm if my CPU is affected. My PC specs are: Intel 13900K, NVIDIA RTX 3090, 16GB DDR4 (6000MHz), Kingston 850 EVO SSD, Corsair RM1000X 1000W, Windows 11 64-bit, BIOS version F29.

Visit C:\Windows\Minidump to see if any minidump files exist. If present, return to the Windows directory and transfer the entire Minidump folder to the Downloads folder (use your desktop if needed). Compress the copied folder and include it in a post. Please adhere strictly to instructions since Windows doesn't allow file manipulation there.
