I possess two machines with different configurations: one has an i5 9600k with GTX 1070 and 16GB RAM at 3200MHz, while the other features an i7 5820K with GTX 1070 and 16GB RAM at 3200MHz. My monitor supports 144Hz. When I play games, my sensitivity on the first machine seems much higher than on the second, particularly during Fortnite. I use the same keyboard and mouse, but I’m unsure what’s causing this difference. It doesn’t seem to be related to the Hz values since I previously had a 140Hz setup with noticeable variations.

The settings for windows, mouse application, and the game might differ between the PCs.

I don't have a specific mouse or keyboard brand and model. Could you clarify which one you're referring to?

What model are you using? It could be affected by software that adjusts DPI settings.

Otherwise, I'd suggest you're thinking too much. Try moving in a set distance with your mouse—like from one edge to the other—and you should notice almost no impact during the game.

My keyboard feels a bit quirky with two mini keys, and my mouse is a model of greatness.

Is there any chance your WiFi is affecting the connection? The two networks you’re using differ significantly—your first PC connects on 100-50 while the other runs on 250-250.

Are you experiencing the same problem in single-player mode? If not, the issue seems to be related to network connectivity.
