This indicates your system is functioning properly.
It could mean your games are doing unexpected things (are they allowed?), or there might be malware affecting your device.

It is simpler to begin with fresh or empty logs, particularly when you start observing the tools and logs from the outset. Any new entries or modifications will be more apparent. Just monitor the logs regularly. If updates, installations, or changes occur, review them in the logs. Even if everything appears normal, verify again for any issues. It may help to look for related log messages if problems develop. Reliability Monitor (Day View) offers a straightforward way to quickly assess the situation.

install a malware on an ubuntu os via rufus, observe your hardware functionality. Use the memtest boot feature on the usb drive for comprehensive memory testing.

all the games are fine, the issue isn't limited to games—it affects the entire system. I'm unsure if it's malware since I have two different computers with separate installations.

it might be a standard software that comes with installation.
download a DPC checker and observe which OS or program causes delays: https://www.softpedia.com/get/System/Sys...cker.shtml

Anything visible on the DPC test will also appear on the website tests. This could be something that occurs during gameplay or is specific to his brain function. Possibly a gaming overlay displaying FPS, which often leads to problems.

so ur saying that this delay one day got built into my brain, but when I use a different computer there is no such delay. I've done the DCP test before and it said the computer has no problems with latency. I do understand how it may seem that i am just crazy, but everyone keeps telling me that until they try the computer.

The input delays might relate to a configuration option. It could also stem from keyboard shortcuts used during gaming sessions.
Mouse pointer speed might be influencing this.

Verify all personalization settings.
Begin with "WIN" + "I".
System > Personalization > System Components > Bluetooth & devices > Mouse
Also review the Accessibility configurations (options).
Navigate through different windows and menus.
Make adjustments one at a time, documenting each change, its location, and the original versus new values.
