Wouldn't really recommend trying. Any gains will be fairly minimal and there is some risk in overclocking older parts, particularly since they weren't very high end to begin with.
So what's stopping you?

I have already attempted to increase the system speed
First, I unlocked all cores
Advanced clock calibration – All cores
Activating unleashing mode – Enabled
Setting active CPU cores – Manual
Applying all core settings (-2%)
Manual CPU overclocking – Manual
CPU/HT Reference Clock (MHz) – 220
PCIe Overclocking – Manual
PCIe clock – 100
CPU Ratio – x17.5 3500Mhz
CPU/NB Frequency – 2200 Mhz
CPU Over Voltage – 1.42500
VDDNB Over Voltage – 1.30000
Load Line Calibration – Auto
HT Link Speed – 2200MHz
All other adjustments remain at default or unchanged
I applied these configurations but still encountered blue screen and auto restart issues. The error persists despite increasing CPU and VDDNB voltage. Please assist me, I really need better performance from this old system.
I previously used an overclocking profile with 5%, 8% and 10% increases while all cores were unlocked, which functioned well. However, the manual settings I tried now caused significant problems. Hope someone can help. Thank you.

The video I shared is the one I watched for overclocking on my previous Asus board with an AM3 CPU.
