It's finally displaying automatic fixes. I'll check if I can start in safe mode next.

I put the system into safe mode, but it doesn’t seem to activate properly—there’s just a black screen with no progress. Should I wait a few minutes or try something else?

Your operating system is in a worse situation than expected. Start from the Windows 10 installation disk and revert to a time before the issue occurred.
