i sent in an otto gaming pc with a ryzen 5 3600x, rtx 2070, 16gb ram, rog x470 water cooling setup. it booted fine after reinstalling ram and gpu riser. the main issue is no display output—lights are not working. fans spin, motherboard lights flicker, standby current indicator stays on. the board doesn’t show any debug light either. could you suggest possible solutions?

It might be an issue with the riser. You could remove everything from the case and see if it functions; otherwise, insert the graphics card directly onto the motherboard without the riser cable. If it works, consider replacing the riser cable. If not, test other RAM slots or try it with someone else's graphics card.

Thanks for your feedback. The problem was resolved by replacing a loose RAM module.
