The process involves examining similar topics such as the videos provided and guides found online. Understanding your motherboard and CPU pairing is essential, along with knowing what to do and avoid. It won't be perfectly fine-tuned, but it's a rewarding way to boost performance. You should study your hardware setup and follow the recommended practices. These resources can help clarify things that might seem complex at first.

I followed all the instructions from the guide you shared.
During the stress test, my core voltage reached 1.392! 😨

Did the Intel Processor Diagnostic tool report a score of 1.368 during the math section? Is this considered problematic?

This could stem from various factors. I’m unsure of the specific settings or changes you’ve made in the BIOS, so I can’t confirm if it’s beneficial or not.
Nevertheless, I have experience with moderate overclocking. The key is to keep an eye on CPU temperatures using HWMon. Ensure your CPU temperatures stay below around 80°C. If they exceed that, your overclocking may be too aggressive.
Too many details can be overwhelming in a single thread. Please refer to the guides. Learning and understanding before attempting is essential. Without proper knowledge, you risk frustration and poor results.
1.368 is achievable if other settings are optimized. As processor speed increases, more voltage is required for stability.
If you have any advice for someone new to OC'ing, it would be to thoroughly read and study the material first. Aim for maximum speed, minimum voltage, and keep temperatures under 80°C. Following these basics can improve your chances of success.

And regarding the stability after 15-20 minutes of prime95, what happens to the OC? I maintain my best cinebench score around number 3 after consecutive runs. CPU overclocking guide and tutorial for beginners are available if you're new to this process. This is just a general reference; feel free to explore further.

I understand the situation, but I couldn't locate a configuration-specific guide for me. I've checked the link you provided, and it seems to be outdated or not directly relevant. My previous attempt gave a score of 1264, while adjusting the core to 1.3 with XMP profiles and auto settings resulted in a higher score of 1624 CP.
