Hello!
I've been using my PC for about two to three years and I'm noticing it's acting up a lot. I bought everything directly from the seller, but only recently looked at other models, so I don't have any past performance details.

Welcome to the forums, newcomer! It seems you're on Windows 11—check if your OS needs updates. Are you using the correct BIOS version for your motherboard? Does X.M.P appear in BIOS? You have three monitors connected. I recommend trying DDU in Safe Mode to clear all GPU drivers (Intel, AMD, Nvidia), then restart and manually install the newest GPU driver from Nvidia's support site via an elevated command, such as right-clicking the installer and selecting Run as Administrator.

Tried ddu already, it didn't work. I'm using the newest driver for all components, including the motherboard. The latest Windows update is also installed.

Regarding XMP, if it remains disabled, performance will be significantly impacted.

The system seems to be struggling, and despite some tests, it hasn't been recognized as underperforming for two to three years.

Just to confirm, you're using PCB version 1.0/1.1 on your motherboard?
If correct, then the support page doesn't list BIOS version F18h. It seems the BIOS was possibly removed due to stability or security concerns.
If I were you, I'd install the newest chipset driver from AMD's site and update the BIOS to F19. After flashing to F19, reset CMOS, return to BIOS, enable X.M.P., and check if the problem persists.
The latest GPU driver is 581.80, and your GPU driver is also outdated;

From what I observe in those screenshots, the GPU isn’t reaching its full potential. The maximum guaranteed boost is 1770 MHz, though it likely increases further under optimal conditions, whereas 3DMark reports around 1620 MHz. In contrast, HWMonitor indicates a peak of 1860 MHz before, which exceeds the 1770 MHz mentioned. This suggests the GPU operates about 13% slower during the 3DMark test compared to its theoretical capacity. The power consumption also reaches a maximum of 150 W, which seems excessive for a card with a TDP of 290 W—probably due to not operating at full speed. Thermal readings are normal, with temperatures staying well below critical thresholds. It appears thermal throttling isn’t occurring. As others have noted, updating drivers and the BIOS could be beneficial. Have you made any recent adjustments? Consider overclocking, underclocking, swapping components, or refreshing drivers. Maybe a lower value like 581.57 works better with your setup. I tried the latest driver and wondered if an older one might help. Sometimes certain drivers cause unusual behavior with particular hardware or software. Have you explored other tests beyond 3DMark? Did you run any games, rendering tasks, or editing programs? It could simply be that this configuration struggles in specific applications, otherwise it performs adequately elsewhere.

I have now upgraded BIOS to F19. I also updated my Ryzen and GPU drivers, but performance hasn't improved. I can't replace parts because it doesn't seem worth it. I've used an older driver before without any changes. I tried overclocking, which gave a small boost of about 3 fps, still below average. I only used 3Dmark since my games aren't very demanding. However, I want to buy the new battlefield and am putting that on hold because my GPU isn't working well. Updated drivers didn't help. Have you considered clearing the CMOS? Could it really affect my performance so much?
