I need assistance with gaming problems.
I need assistance with gaming problems.
So here’s what I set up:
Monitor
is a 42-inch C2 LG OLED display.
Motherboard
- ROG Maximus Z690 Extreme,
CPU
- 12900K,
CPU Cooler
- ROG Ryjin 2 360mm,
RAM
- 64GB of GSKILL 6GB RAM.
Storage
- Two M.2 drives I installed in the DIMM slots.
Power Supply
- 1000W ASUS Strix unit,
GPU
- A Gigabyte 3090 Ti with a 360AIO cooler, but I swapped it for a Gigabyte 3090 Ti with a 240AIO.
The issue I’m facing is with the video stream I posted.

I’ve done everything from updating the BIOS on the board to using stock and latest GPU drivers. I also rearranged my M.2 slots, removed two RAM sticks, uninstalled Windows 11, and installed 10. Nothing resolved it.
I’m stuck and really need assistance—I’ve built many systems before and never encountered something like this. I suspect a hardware problem, but sometimes I can play for hours without issues, then suddenly everything freezes or lags. All temperatures stay under 60°C, and nothing is overclocked except what came with the hardware. Please help!
Checking for a refresh rate problem, what kind of cable are you employing? Also, what in-game configurations are you using, and are you opting for G or Freesync?
I understand your perspective. The initial two HDMI 2.1 cables didn’t work, but a more costly third one resolved the problem. It was connected to a 3080 on an LG C9 65”.
Ensure the display cable meets certification standards and supports the required bandwidth.
