I'm assuming the 101C reading is incorrect; verify in HWiNFO that PROCHOT and "Thermal Throttling" show as "No." No major hardware or software updates seem to have been applied recently. Consider switching your Windows power plan to High Performance. If possible, adjust the BIOS settings to turn off SpeedStep (or EIST if available).

It's quite unusual with those words, but I did adjust my fan curves and then reset everything. My GPU performance improved after that, though it drops to around 80% when I close the game.

Great news, man! The high performance setting is holding up well so far. I'm still stuck at 4.30ghz.
