Hi guys, I just set up my first PC and tried running Cinebench to check how it performs. I’m not very familiar with all the technical terms, and some of the information online seems confusing.

I’m using Cinebench 2024, with an i7 13700k CPU and a 7900 XT GPU. My GPU score was 13,532, my CPU Multi Core score was 1,575, and my CPU Single Core score was 116.
Some people on Reddit mentioned Multi Core scores above 7,000, so I’m wondering if my results are really low or if there’s something else going on. Thanks a lot!
-EDIT-
I now understand that I was using Cinebench 2024 instead of Cinebench R23. After fixing that, my Multi Core score improved to 28,783. Is this a good result for my current setup?

I believe the score falls within the typical range for an i7 13700k according to Cinebench R23. User reviews generally sit around 31000 with minor variations, sometimes nearer 30000. Consider not pushing fans to full speed and avoiding open-air testing; around 29000 would be acceptable, and real-world conditions would have little impact. This gap might also stem from slower RAM or using four sticks instead of dual channel.

Cinebench R23 results may fluctuate with my 7800x3d during multiple high and low 17k runs, influenced by cooling and other variables.
