Asus Prime X570 Prime board with 32GB Corsair Vengeance Pro, multiple SSDs and HDDs, plus a 2TB NVMe drive.
If using an AMD GPU, I've noticed problems where drivers freeze up. Try playing the same games again while monitoring HWMonitor. Keep track of CPU/GPU frequencies and temperatures, then share the data later.

I captured a recording of the gameplay, but the file is excessively large.
Replaced CPU, GPU, RAM, etc.; also applied fresh thermal paste to the CPU. The problem persists.
It seems the system might be struggling due to power issues. Check if the GPU is receiving adequate power and whether the motherboard drivers are up to date. A failing power supply unit could also be the cause. If all your games show similar performance drops, it might point to a PSU problem rather than just GPU limitations.
