GMG doesn’t issue refunds after sending the code. Both Premium for BF:Hardline and BF4 Premium Edition cost $25 each, but it seems you might have received the wrong version. You’re wondering what to do next—should you keep it or trade it safely? Since no one else seems interested, you might want to consider exchanging it through a reputable platform, but be cautious of scams. It’s understandable to feel embarrassed, but you’re not alone in this situation.

how do they even manage to charge you for Premium when you don’t own the regular version? It seems Origin is causing trouble again—reach out to customer support via the chat (it’s free, though it can take a while to connect with someone)—explain your issue, and they should be able to cancel BFH Premium and add BF4 instead. If they want, they might refund you the money.

I purchased it from GMG, not Origin. http://www.greenmangaming.com/ It’s really my mistake for missing it, it was 2am, both are $25, each has "Battlefield" and "Premium" listed.

We aim to resolve this but need more details. According to our Terms and Conditions and Refund Policy, we cannot issue refunds after a key is assigned to your account and included in your order confirmation email. We sincerely apologize for any frustration this may cause. If you encounter problems with a game, feel free to reach out to our support team for help.

I think I’ll reveal it on these sites tomorrow. Owning Hardline will be a waste of $25.

I suggest reaching out to customer support for assistance. Let them know you intended to purchase the BF4 premium and inquire about exchanging it.

Tell them you're offering to reclaim the code and provide Battlefield 4 Premium instead. This lets you spend $50 rather than $25. Plus, you won't be able to run a giveaway, which makes it more favorable. ...Hmm, that seems like a bad plan. I'd recommend giving it away or keeping it just in case.

Consider reaching out to Origin Support to report the issue, as they might swap your Hardline code for a BF4 version or similar.
