I experimented with my OC and mistakenly adjusted the voltage to 1.5 instead of the intended 1.15V. I noticed my temperatures were a bit higher than normal while using the desktop. I promptly switched back to the correct setting. It’s been a few hours since then, and everything appears normal. Still, being cautious, I wonder if this could have caused any issues. I assume it should be okay—since I didn’t run anything demanding, apart from Discord, which was the only thing active for 2 to 4 minutes.

No harm done. Current MoBos models rarely harm CPUs.

Nothing seems to be going wrong. If anything went wrong, your computer should still be functioning properly. Everything appears to be working as expected, so you're all set.
