I started by opening my PC to inspect the RAM. I gently shifted around the cables and adjusted their positions. Then I removed the graphics card so I could take out the RAM. The cables were blocking it, so I sat there for at least five minutes examining the RAM, trying to figure out why it was half the size of the typical DDR3 units. Eventually, I put everything back in place and restarted the system. It displayed an error code "0x00000e".
