I’ve been acting carelessly with my system, adding a corrupted .reg file from a cheated plugin. Now my computer won’t start properly, and even opening it brings up troubleshooting menus that don’t help.

Locked status – unfortunately, we can't help with piracy matters. This goes against our community guidelines. The best solution would be to reinstall Windows. We can't fully assess the problem from here.
