I once placed a glass in my room with Coke Cola, it leaked onto my tower. After sitting for over 20 hours, I’m wondering how to clean the circuits since the power is there but it won’t turn on.

Use 90% alcohol for thorough cleaning, inspecting every detail and using Q-tips or microfiber cloths. It might have been more effective to clean it when it was still wet, but give it a good swirl. While working, you’ll likely spot corrosion, which will indicate what needs attention.

Use Isopropanol to remove all sticky residue. When the spill occurred, did you power down your PC immediately? The liquid might have damaged a part if power was applied, but the system won’t start. To diagnose, take out every component for cleaning and attempt to boot just the CPU and RAM. If it starts, gradually reintroduce parts until it fails completely, helping identify the faulty component.

Resonating with @mr fobs and @FliP0x, use 99% isopropyl alcohol to sanitize everything. If you're fortunate, it should resolve any short circuits. Otherwise, troubleshoot. When it powers on but doesn't POST, refer to your MOBO manual for debug codes—high-end models may display an LED, while lower-end ones might show a sequence of blinking lights. If it still isn't reaching there, follow @FliP0x's advice and run it in bare mode, adding components one at a time. Good luck!

It seems you're questioning whether something is ready-made due to potential cleaning difficulties.

Twenty years ago a client walked into a store where my colleague worked... paired with a friend who didn't stay long after spilling cola inside it. As they opened it, the cola had completely destroyed the circuit board—just loose traces and solder points among the ROM RAM parts like Angus.
