Your notes seem to have vanished after switching to Windows 10. Is there a method to restore them?

By agenda do you refer to the calendar? Probably not—the Windows 10 Calendar is a distinct application from the Windows 8 version. If you revert to Windows 8.1, your files might remain there, though it's uncertain. You might attempt a simple reinstall of Windows 8 inside a VM or VirtualBox and check if the Calendar loads your details when logging in via your Microsoft account—provided the Windows 8 setup was synced.

After setting up Windows 10, it appears the virtual machine isn’t launching despite BIOS support. The specs indicate it’s not compatible.
