I switched to Garuda Linux using a hybrid version and found no similar settings as on Windows to adjust the display. Only one monitor appears, which isn’t very helpful or understandable, even for someone new to configuring it. Could you share any tips or suggestions that might help me set this up better?

Your PC specifications could be helpful. If you own a NVIDIA GPU, consider installing the exclusive NVIDIA drivers. Checking whether Hyprland supports NVIDIA GPUs also indicated no compatibility.

I've never used Hyprland much, but I think it might need setup in the main hyprland.conf file or it could be using a black wallpaper making it look inactive. Hyprland supports NVIDIA GPUs according to its wiki.

I just checked online and it seems NVIDIA support isn't available through hyprland since they don't back NVIDIA GPUs.

Hyprland should be set up in ~/.config/hyprland.conf

Hyprland relies on the Wayland compositor and typically works with NVIDIA GPUs when drivers are installed. It usually functions well, though some issues appear with Xwayland applications—possibly due to unknown system specs. We haven’t confirmed the details yet, so it might not be a problem. Adjust each monitor settings in hyprland.conf as needed: resolution, refresh rate, and position.

I’ve seen it before, but I’m not sure about the steps! Let me guide you through it.

Discovered a GUI manager for multiple displays: https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/hdisplays. Installed via sudo yay -S hdisplays. To install yay, downloaded the archive, extracted it, and used pacman commands to build and package it.
