Building my new PC just finished, I needed a USB stick for Windows 11 downloads. Connecting my Ethernet cable didn’t work, so I tried another cable but still got no internet. When I used the same cable on an older PC it functioned properly. I searched online for three hours and found manufacturer LAN drivers, thinking they might help. I also ran a command prompt as admin to add the network service and used "flushdns," but internet remained unavailable with the Ethernet connection. Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks in advance!

Have you reviewed the drivers listed for your motherboard?

If rebooting doesn't help, consider reinstalling Windows. Before doing so, move the driver installer to your PC and run it, or execute it with administrator privileges.
