On the motherboard website (ASUS), you should install both the chipset and LAN drivers. It doesn’t matter which comes first; since you’ve already downloaded the LAN drivers, you can proceed with the chipset installation next.

Consider installing the software directly from the ASUS website. The LAN drivers didn’t work properly after installation, and running it as an administrator might help.
