yeah so i increased my gpu's speed with msi afterburner and accidentally set it to full power. i didn't realize it crashed until i restarted, then it worked fine afterward. my concern is whether it's still running at that high setting.

It seems you should probably save the settings if you wish to retain them. But if you're certain, you can revisit the MSI Afterburner application and verify whether an active profile exists instead of the default clock settings.
